The launch of the S&B digital loyalty scheme is being phased in store by store. Currently it is only available in: S&B Abbey, S&B Kilbroney & S&B Foyleside.

It's simple, just scan the QR code on the loyalty tablet in store or click on loyalty.syngeandbyrne.com to register.

You'll even get a coffee on us just for joining!

Once you have registered & signed up for the loyalty program. You can add your digital loyalty card to your wallet pass on your phone.

Once at the till instore simply open your wallet pass on apple pay or google pay & scan the QR on the pass on the tablet, you'll hear a beep once it's scanned. Our teams will input your transaction value & your points will automatically be added.

* If you do not have your phone or wallet pass available. You can also collect your points by entering the email you used to register on the loyalty tablet.

Simply present your current card at a participating store (see question above) and your current stamps will be transferred into points.

You'll get 1 points for every £/€1 you spend at Synge&Byrne.

Points are calculated based on your full transaction value and not only specific items.

Once your points are in your wallet, you can use these to claim a reward. To view the current rewards you'll find these in your account section or on the S&B app.

Once you've registered your account with us, you'll have access to you digital loyalty wallet with all the items you can redeem with your points. Everything from coffee to cake & sandwiches and in between can be redeemed!

That's ok - as long as you have access to an email account that's all you will need. Once you have registered & activated your loyalty account, you can simply type in your email/code in on the instore loyalty tablet rather than scanning your wallet pass each time.

Give us a shout at loyalty@syngeandbyrne.com and include the following:

  • Store
  • Date
  • Transaction value
  • Email used for your S&B loyalty account.

Once we have those, we can add the points for you.
